Bodily Conception of TCM between the Eastern and Western Culture

回顾东西方身体观不同的范式,探索种种可能的向度,理解现代性是怎样模塑我们身体的。进而探讨中医的身体观特征,并在此中呈现西方人眼中的东方身体观和东方人眼中的西方身体观,以期从更根本的视角上理解中医历久弥新的身体观范式。

Review the different paradigms of bodily conception in the west and east, explore the possible aspects and understand how our body is built by modernity. Probe on the characteristics of TCM bodily conception further and show the eastern bodily conception in the eye of the west and vice versa to understand that of TCM which has a long history and which is as refreshing as the upcoming spring from a more fundamental perspective.
