福建省中职校学生体育意识与体育行为调查研究

Investigation on Physical Awareness and Physical Behavior of the Vocational School Students in Fujian Province

采用问卷调查、数据统计等方法,调查分析福建省中职校学生体育意识与体育行为。结果显示:福建省中职校学生的体育意识处于良好水平,但与体育行为之间存在偏差;影响学生参加体育活动的主要因素有个人意志品质薄弱、场地设施的局限性、良好的体育习惯和终身体育意识的缺乏等。

Through using the method of questionnaire, mathematical statistics and investigation, this paper makes survey on physieal awareness and physieal behavior of vocational school students in Fujian province. The result shows that there is a high level physical awareness of students, but a lower level in their physical behavior. The main factors affecting the students＇participation in sports are weakness of individual will, lack of ground and good physical habits as well as physical awareness for whole life.
