摘要
学习动机是学生学习过程中最基本的动力因素之一。通过对教学目标设置、创设激起内驱力的情境和合理进行反馈等方面的分析,论述了高校排球教学中培养学生良好的学习动机,对教学质量的提高必将起到积极的推动作用。
Learning motivation is an important factor to drive student's study. Through analyzing the teaching goal establishment, internal drive situation and rational feedback, this paper discusses the good learning motivation of student in college volleyball teaching. It absolutely promotes the improvement of teaching quality.
