新课程标准的实施给中小学体育教师提出了新的要求,也带来了新的挑战。中小学体育教师如何重新确立体育教师的角色问题是个关键的问题。体育教师不仅要转变为学生的促进者、课程的开发者、教学过程中的学习者,体育教师也需要成为学生的朋友以及体育教育中的研究者。

The new curriculum of physical education put forwards new requirement for physical education teacher and brings new challenge. How to relocate their role under the new curriculum is an important problem. Physical education teachers not only promote students＇ study, but also should develop the resource of physical education curriculum. They should be the learners and the friends of student.
