摘要
采用化学聚合和电化学聚合两步法合成聚吡咯(PPy),并用其制备固体片式铝电解电容器。研究了在电化学聚合液中,添加不同种类掺杂剂对所制备的电容器性能的影响。结果表明,分别加入0~0.02mol/L的阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠(DBSNa)、质量分数为1.0%~4.0%的非离子表面活性剂聚乙烯醇(PVA)或1.0%~4.0%的聚马来酸(HPMA),都可提高产品的静态容量和降低Res;加入DBSNa和PVA同时能提高产品的耐压值。
PPy was polymerized chemically and electrochemically and used as cathode materials in aluminum solid-chip electrolytic capacitors. Effects on capacitance, Res and withstanding voltage of various additives were investigated in electrochemical polymerization solutions. The results show that adding 040.02 mol/L DBSNa, 1.0%44.0 % PVA or 1.0% 44.0 % HPMA improve capacitance and Res of the Al solid-chip capacitors. In addition, DBSNa and PVA also improve withstanding voltage of the capacitors.
