摘要 薪酬调查在国家宏观经济和企业管理中均发挥重要作用。本文从薪酬调查的形式、内容和基准职位三个方面分析美国薪酬调查制度的发展与演变,并对我国薪酬调查体系的建立和完善提出建议。
