雷尼替丁防治奥氮平所致体重增加及糖代谢障碍的研究被引量：13

摘要目的探讨H2受体拮抗剂雷尼替丁防治奥氮平所致体重增加的效果及对血糖的影响。方法将68例首发精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组(35例)和对照组(33例),在奥氮平单药治疗的基础上,研究组合并雷尼替丁,对照组合并安慰剂,疗程10周;于治疗前及治疗后2、4、6、8、10周测定体重、体质量指数(BMI)、腰围、腰臀比等体重指标;治疗前及治疗10周后测定空腹血糖,并评定阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)及副反应量表(TESS)。结果研究组和对照组之间治疗10周后BMI、腰围、腰臀比及体重变化的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中研究组治疗6～8周及8～10周期间体重变化量明显低于对照组(P<0.01);2组治疗后血糖均显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),但尚在正常范围;2组间PANSS减分率、TESS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论初步结果提示,雷尼替丁可早期预防抗精神病药物奥氮平所致的体重增加,且不影响抗精神病治疗的疗效及耐受性。
