摘要 液体流动诱导的切应力所引起的细胞生物学改变是目前许多细胞研究领域的热点。既往研究主要集中于血流诱导的切应力在调节内皮细胞功能中的作用。最近研究发现,在肾脏的近端小管上皮细胞,由尿液流动诱导的切应力对其具有多效性,如调节溶质的转运、影响细胞骨架的重组、改变细胞外基质的重塑及调节选择性基因和蛋白质的表达等。管流诱导的肾近端小管上皮细胞生物学改变的机制仍不清楚,可能与细胞骨架肌动蛋白的重排有关。 Cytobiologic alterations resulting from fluid flow-induced shear stress (SS) is a growing field of research in many cell types. Previous studies focused on the potent role of SS induced by vascular flow in regulating endothelial cell functions. Several recent studies have demonstrated that urinary flow-mediated SS has pleio- tropic effects on renal proximal tubular epithelial cells, such as regulating the transport of water and solutes, affecting the reorganization of actin cytoskeleton, changing the remodeling of extracellular matrix (ECM) and modulating the expression of selective gene and protein. However, the mechanism of cytobiologic alterations induced by tubular flow on renal proximal tubular epithelial cells are still unknown and may be associated with the reorganization of actin cytoskeleton.
