对侧网状巨细胞核对脊髓背表面电位的影响

摘要 目的:观察对侧网状巨细胞核(NGC)对脊髓伤害性信息传递的调制作用。方法:以浅麻醉和麻痹大鼠为对象,利用计算机平均技术,记录强电流刺激腓肠神经诱发的脊髓背表面电位(CDP),观察对侧网状巨细胞核微量注射 L-谷氨酸钠,使神经细胞体兴奋后对 CDP 的影响。对照组向对侧 NGC 内注射等量的人工脑脊液。CDP 变化用对照的百分数表示,统计学分析采用 t 检验,以 P<0.05为有显著性意义。结果:对侧 NGC 微量注射 L-谷氨酸钠后,CDP 中N_1波无显著性改变(P>0.05),P_1波及 N_3波分别减少到对照的70.68%±2.66%(P<0.01)和78.94%±7.91%(P<0.05),P_2波明显减小到对照的4.33%±3.1%(P<0.01),N_4波消失。结论:对侧 NGC 对细纤维诱发的 CDP 成分有抑制作用。 Objective:The aim of this experiment was to observe the effect of the controlateral nucle- us reticularis gigantocellularis(NGC)on the transmission of the neciceptive information in the spinal cord.Methods:The computer averaging technique was used and the cord dorsum potentials(CDP)wave form evoded by heavy current stimulation of the sural nerve and the effects produced by microinjection of L-glutamate sodium into controlateral NGC on CDP were observed in light chloralhydrate anesthetized and immobilized rats.Results:By microinjection L-glutamate sodium into the controlateral NGC,the ampli- tude of N_1 wave was no remarkable change(P>0.05),the amplitudes of P_1 wave and N_3 wave were re- spectively down to 70.68%±2.66%(P<0.01)and 78.79%±7.91%(P<0.05),that of P_2 was down to 4.33%±3.14%(P<0.01),that of N_4 wave to zero.Conclusion:The controlateral NGC exerts an inhibitory influence on the components evoked by fine fibers of sural nerve.
