不同类型及不同伴发病的冠心病患者血浆 Lp(a)浓度变化

Changes of Plasma Lipoprotein(a) Concentration in the Patients with Different Type and Complication of Coronary Heart Disease

目的:通过观察不同类型及不同伴发病的冠心病(CHD)患者血浆脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]浓度变化,进一步探讨 CHD 患者 Lp(a)升高的原因。方法:以酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定40例 CHD 患者及20例正常人血浆 Lp(a)浓度(mg/L)。结果:心肌梗塞组与心绞痛组血浆 Lp(a)浓度均显著高于正常对照组(P<0.005与 P<0.05),而心肌梗塞及心绞痛组间无显著性差异(P>0.20);CHD 伴发糖尿病组血浆 Lp(a)显著高于 CHD 伴发高血压组及 CHD 无伴发病组(P<0.05与 P<0.01)。结论:Lp(a)浓度增高的水平不能反映 CHD 的临床类型或严重程度;伴发糖尿病可能是老年 CHD 病人血浆 Lp(a)升高的原因之一。

Objective:By examing changes of plasma lipoprotion(a)[Lp(a)]concentration in pa- tients with different type and complication of coronary heart disease(CHD),we aim to detect the cause of .high plasma Lp(a)in patients with CHD.Methods:Plasma Lp(a)concentrations were measured by en- zyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)in 40 patients with(CHD)and 20 health control subjects. Results:The mean plasma Lp(a)concentrations(mg/L)in both myocardial infarction group and angina pectoris group were shown higher significantly than in the control group(P<0.005 and P<0.05,re- speetively).However,there were no significant difference in the mean plasma Lp(a)concentrations be- tween myocardial infarction group and angina pectoris group(P<0.20).The mean Lp(a)concentration in CHD with diabete mellitus group was shown higher significantly than in CHD with hypertension group and CHD without complication group(P<0.05 and P<0.01,respectively).Conclusion:Level of the increase of plasma Lp(a)would not reflect the clinical type and the severity of CHD.Complating diabete mellitus may be one of cause for the increase of plasma Lp(a)in elder patients with CHD.
