摘要 γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)作为哺乳动物中枢神经系统中广泛分布的最重要的抑制性神经递质,其在疼痛方面的调制作用不容忽视。现就GABA及其受体在脊髓水平、脊髓上水平对痛觉的调制作用及其参与调节突触可塑性方面简单作一综述。 Gamma - aminobutyric acid (γ-GABA) is the most important inhibitory neurotransmitter and wildly distributed in the central nervous system (CNS) of the mammalian. Its certain role in pain modulation should not be neglected. Evidences from be- havioral, morphological, functional studies etc. have shown that without inhibition systems in the CNS, GABA system for example, pain will occur. Furthermore, it is complicated that GABA plays roles in accelerating or decelerating pain according to its action places in the CNS. This article reviews such roles of GABA and its receptors in pain modulation as well as in regulation of synaptic plasticity at spinal and supraspinal levels, respectively.
