摘要
腹腔镜手术后早期疼痛是一个值得重视的问题,其强度、时限存在很大个体差异。腹腔镜手术术后疼痛是由不同成分组成,引起疼痛的机制不尽相同,因此目前多主张采用多种方法联合治疗。
Early pain after laparoscopic surgery is a problem which deserves to attract attention. Characteristically, there is a substantial inter - individual variation in the intensity and time course of pain after laparoseopie surgery. Pain after laparoseopie surgery involves several different components with different pathophysiologieal mechanisms, suggesting that analgesic treatment to reduce overall pain should be multimodal.
