8周耐力游泳运动对大鼠白色脂肪组织PPARγ蛋白表达及脂肪细胞增殖分化的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨游泳运动对大鼠白色脂肪组织PPARγ蛋白表达以及脂肪细胞增殖分化的影响。方法:SD纯系雄性大鼠20只,随机分为对照组和运动组,运动组进行8周无负重游泳运动。采用流式细胞仪检测大鼠内脏脂肪组织PPARγ及脂肪细胞增殖分化情况。结果:8周耐力游泳运动后,运动组大鼠内脏脂肪垫重量、内脏脂肪垫相对重量(%)均显著低于对照组,脂肪组织PPARγ蛋白表达量和脂肪细胞增殖指数均较对照组显著增加;经相关分析得出,脂肪细胞增殖指数和PPARγ蛋白表达量之间的相关系数为0.40(P<0.05)。结果表明,8周耐力游泳运动可促进大鼠脂肪组织PPARγ蛋白表达量增加,进而促进脂肪细胞增殖分化;大鼠脂肪细胞增殖分化与PPARγ蛋白表达量相关,PPARγ对脂肪细胞增殖分化的影响可能是与其他因素协同作用的结果。 Purpose To investigate the effect of aerobic exercise on the expression of peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPARy) and on the adipocyte differentiation in order to pro- vide the theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of obesity. Methods Twenty male SD rats were randomly assigned to a control group (C) and exercise group (E). Animals in the group E were forced to swim for 8 weeks (90rain/day, 5 days/week). The level of PPARy protein and the percentage of adipose cell multiplication were detected by flow cytometric analyzer. Results After 8-week aerobic swimming exercise, the weight of epididymal and retroperitoneal adipose tissues was significantly low- er in group E than in group C. The level of PPARy protein and the percentage of adipose cell multipli-cation was significantly decreased in group E as compared with that in group C. Correlatin coefficient of the PPARy and adipose multiplication was 0.40 (P〈0.05). Conclusion Swimming exercise for 8 weeks could up-regulate PPARy expression, and facilitate the adipose cell multiplication distinctly. It was suggested that PPAR), in adipose tissue and pose differentiation. other factors could synergistically affect the adi-pose differentiation.
