低场MRI在膝关节隐性骨折与细微骨折诊断中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨低场强磁共振扫描用于膝关节隐性骨折与细微骨折诊断的应用价值。方法:对26例膝关节损伤患者使用0.2T永磁型MRI扫描仪行膝关节检查,分析膝关节隐性骨折与细微骨折的MRI表现。结果:26例患者检查均提示有细小骨折或隐性骨折。MRI诊断33处骨折,包括X线所显示的骨折2处,31处为MRI新发现的骨折,在MRI的表现为不规则线条样低T1WI高T2WI信号累及松质骨和骨皮质,骨折线清晰,边缘锐利,于STIR序列中可见高信号骨折线周围片状骨髓水肿改变,T2*WI序列中松质骨和皮质呈较低和低信号改变,骨折线呈明显清晰高信号线状裂隙,边缘锐利,周边水肿显示不突出,与X线骨折线边缘类似。所有骨折均无明显分离或错位存在。结论:低场磁共振扫描仪同样具有多序列、多平面成像的能力和优良的软组织对比,能清晰显示膝关节各个解剖结构,敏感发现软组织及骨髓内损伤等信号改变,是对膝关节隐性骨折和细微骨折具有较佳诊断价值的检查手段。
