摘要
随着国内外糖尿病患者的迅速增长,一系列并发症过早地出现,严重地威胁了患者的生命和生存质量。本文对糖尿病的发病机制进行了阐述,并针对糖尿病患者在综合治疗的思路下,重点提出了饮食治疗和运动治疗的方案。
With the rapid growth of diabetes patients at home and abroad as well as a series of symptoms appear prematurely, it threatens patients＇life and their survival quality seriously. This paper explains the pathogenesis of diabetes and puts forward the diet and sports treatment as emphases to the patients under the thinking of synthetic therapy.
