纵切横缝术治疗陈旧性肛裂的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Longitudinal Incision and Transverse Suture Procedure for Chronic Fissure-in-ano

为探讨肛裂更有效的手术方式，随机将100例肛裂分为治疗组和对照组各50例，治疗组采用纵切横缝术，对照组采用肛裂后位切除术，观察术后恢复情况和并发症等。结果显示，治疗组在术后并发症、创面愈合时间、治愈率等方面均优于对照组。结果表明，纵切横缝术治疗肛裂疗效优于肛裂后位切除术。

In order to probe the more effective procedure for fissure-in-ano,author divided 100 patients with this disease into treatment and controlled groups（50 cases, each group）. The treatment group received longitudinal incision ＆ transverse suture, while the controlled group, posterior resection of fissure-in-ano, then their postoperative recovery status and complications, etc, were observed. The outcomes showed that the treatment group was all superior to the controlled group in postoperative complicatious, healing time of wounds,and curative rates, etc, which show the procedure used in the treatment group is better than the procedure in the controlled group.
