肤痔清软膏配合肛周封闭治疗肛门瘙痒症

FuZhiQing Ointment plus Peri-anal Block in the Treatment of Anal Pruritus

为了观察肤痔清软膏外涂配合肛周封闭治疗肛门瘙痒症的疗效，采用复方亚甲蓝肛周封闭、肤痔清软膏外涂治疗肛门瘙痒症53例，一次性治愈44例（83．0%），好转9例（17.0%），有效率100%。结果表明，肤痔清软膏外涂配合亚甲蓝注射治疗肛门瘙痒症疗效好，起效快，安全可靠。

Authors adopted peri-anal block with compound methylthionine blue and external infriction with Fuzhiqing ointment for the treatment of 53 patients with anal pruritus so that to investigate the curative effects of this method. Results showed that 44 cases were primarily cured（83. 0%）,9 cases was better （17.0%） ,thus the effective rate was 100%. These indicate that ointment external infriction plus methylthionine blue injection has advantage such as better curative effects,faster onset of efficacy,and safe ＆ reliable.
