联合术式治疗环状混合痔368例临床观察

Clinical Observation of Combined Procedures in the Treatment of 368 Cases with Circumferential Mixed Hemorrhoids

为探讨用联合术式治疗环状混合痔的临床疗效，解决环状混合痔术后疼痛、出血、水肿、肛门狭窄等问题，对采用联合分段激光切除外痔、内痔缝扎结合痔上动脉结扎及消痔灵液注射、侧方内括约肌部分松解术的368例环状混合痔进行术后随访观察。结果368例环状混合痔均一次性治愈，疗程14～26d。术后无大出血、创缘水肿、肛门狭窄，肛门功能不受影响。结果表明，联合术式治疗环状混合痔治愈率高、并发症少，近、远期疗效明显。

The objective of this study was to investigate the therapeutic effects of combined procedures for circumferential mixed hemorrhoids and resolve the problems such as postoperative pain, bleeding, edema, as well anal stenosis, etc. Authors adopted combined procedures to treat 368 patients with this disease i. e, segmental resecting external hemorrhoids with laser,suturing and ligating internal hemorrhoids ＆ ligating super-hemorrhoids arteries plus injecting XiaoZhiLing solution,as well performing lateral lysis of internal sphincter, and postoperative follow-up. As results, all of the patients were cured primarily, their treatment courses were 14-26d ; no postoperative massive bleeding, edema of wound-edge, anal stenosis were found ; anal function was not affected by the combined procedures. These indicate that the combined procedure has the advantages as higher curative rate, less complication, and better short-term and long-term therapeutic effects.
