等离子射频低温消融术治疗痔的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Therapeutic Effects of Plasma Radiofrequency Hypothermia-ablation for Hemorrhoids

为了探索痔的非手术疗法，采用等离子射频低温消融术治疗痔282例，其中内痔110例，外痔43例，混合痔129例，有效率100％，随访3～15个月未见任何并发症和后遗症。结果表明，等离子射频低温消融术治疗各类型痔疗效显著，治疗周期短，出血少，术后疼痛轻。

The objective of this study was to explore non-operative therapy for hemorrhoids,authors adopted plasma radiofrequency hypothermia-ablation to treat hemorrhoids of 282 patients. Among them,110 patients with internal hemorrhoids,43 patients with external hemorrhoids, 129 patients with mixed hemorrhoids. After the treatment effective rate was 100% ,follow-up 3-15 months did not find any complication and sequela. These show that above-mentioned therapy for the treatment of various hemorrhoids has such advantages as significant therapeutic effects, short treatment course, less bleeding and mild postoperative pain.
