摘要
目的观察实验狗序贯式体外反搏(ECP)时肝总动脉和肠系膜上静脉血流量的变化,以探讨ECP治疗病毒性肝炎的机理.方法狗15只,分为ECP组12只,对照组3只.观察ECP前、ECP30min,60min和停止ECP后30min肝总动脉、肠系膜上静脉血流量的变化.对照组狗不使用ECP,但观察记录的时间与ECP组相同.结果ECP组狗在ECP30min时主动脉收缩压和舒张压均升高,以舒张压升高为明显.于ECP60min时,主动脉收缩压和舒张压较前下降,以收缩压下降明显(P<001).在10只狗身上观察到ECP30min、60min时收缩期和舒张期肝总动脉的血流量比ECP前平均增加分别为149%和270%.其中以舒张期肝总动脉血流量的增加更为显著,ECP30min为225%,ECP60min为438%.结论ECP能有效增加肝动脉的血流量,改善肝脏的微循环。
AIM To measure the blood flow of common hepatic artery and superior mesenteric vein in dogs treated with external counter pulsation(ECP). METHODS Fifteen dogs were randomly allocated into two groups, 12 dogs with ECP and 3 without ECP as control. The blood flow in common hepatic artery and superior mesenteric vein was measured before experiment, in 30 and 60 minutes with ECP and 30 minutes after ECP, and in control group without ECP as well.
