全叶青兰提取物制备工艺优选

Preparation procedure of extract from Herba Dracocephali Integrifolii

目的：优选全叶青兰提取物制备工艺。方法：采用L^9（3^4）正交试验设计，以浸膏收率和总黄酮含量为指标对制备工艺条件进行优选。结果：最佳工艺条件为药材的8～10倍量水提取2次，第1次2h，第2次1h，清膏在80℃以下烘干。结论：优选出的工艺科学合理。

Objective： To optimize an extracting technology for Herba Dracocephali Integrifolii by orthogonal design. Methods： The orthogonal design was taken for the optinization, the contents were selected by the rate of Qinglan extraction and total flavonoids. Results： The optimum extracting conditions were as follows： The added amount of water was 8-10 times respectively, extracting 2 times with 2 hours for the first time and 1 hours for the second time. The extract become dry and the temperature remained below 80℃. Conclusion： The optimum extracting procedure is scientific, reasonable and stable.
