摘要
家族企业组织变革中的动阻力具有比较复杂的层级结构,各层级间或同层次的不同因素间关系也是错综复杂。动力与阻力因素从不同的视角可以划分为多个不同的子系统;各动阻力因素整合在一起共同决定了组织变革的进程。通过对这些动阻力因素的控制,政府可以更合理地引导组织变革,企业自身可以更顺利地实施和推进组织变革。
The resistance and drive of the organization reform in family enterprises have very complex layer structures and the various factors in the same layers are also very complex. Resisting and driving factors may be divided into many different subsystems from different angles and all the factors decide the process of organization reform. By controlling these resisting and driving factors, the government can guide the organization refonn more reasonably and the enterprises can carry out and promote the refonn more smoothly.
