摘要 虚拟参考咨询服务是当今图书馆服务的热门话题,文章从虚拟参考咨询的3种主要方式进行分析,论述了太原市图书馆虚拟参考咨询服务的建设、开展和完善。 Virtual reference service is the popular topic in public library at the time, this paper makes an analysis on three major ways of virtual reference service and explains the construction, launching and perfection.
