摘要
为了适应知识经济的发展要求,会计电算化人才培养的目标是既懂会计业务,又懂计算机知识的复合型人才。文章分析了目前企业财务管理及培训方面存在的问题,并针对存在的问题提出了对会计电算化人员培训的建议。
The article analyzes problems in the management and training of computerization of enterprises＇ financial workers and proposes some suggestions concerning these problems.
