山东省农村客运站筹资方式研究

Research into the Financing for Rural Bus Stations in Shandong Province

农村客运站建设是社会主义新农村建设的重要任务,也是继"村村通公路"、"村村通客车"之后关注民生的重要举措。但是由于农村客运站的"公益性"和"无利性",在建设、管理、运营、养护的过程中出现了资金的匮乏等问题。文章通过广泛的研究对山东省农村客运站进行了经验的总结和评价,以期起到引领后来者的作用,最后对农村客运站的筹资方式的思路进行了展望。

Bus stations in rural areas are important missions of the construction of socialistic new countryside and important measure of attention on people＇s livelihood after the Road and Bus in all countryside. But because of the public - benefit and non- profit feature of rural bus stations, there many problems in fund raising during construction, management, running and maintenance. This paper sums up and evaluates the experiences in Shandong after extensive study and gives us the prospect of financing for rural bus stations.
