上消化道出血患者血中胃泌素胰高血糖素生长抑素的变化

The alterations of gastrin, glucagon and somatostatin in patients with upper gastrointestinal haemorrhage

目的上消化道出血患者血中胃泌素，胰高血糖素及生长抑素的变化规律．方法上消化道出血患者８８例，消化性溃疡（ＰＵ）无出血患者１５例，非ＰＵ非上消化道出血患者１３例，健康人３０例，用放免方法同期进行血中胃泌素，胰高糖素，生长抑素多项激素水平测定．结果各种上消化道出血患者及ＰＵ无出血患者血中生长抑素水平均明显高于正常对照组和非ＰＵ无出血组（Ｐ＜００１）。ＰＵ出血患者血中胃泌素和胰高血糖素明显高于健康对照组和ＰＵ无出血组（Ｐ＜００５；Ｐ＜００１）．结论血中胃泌素，胰高血糖素及生长抑素水平与上消化道出血有关，联合检测多种胃肠激素为防治上消化道出血可能提供重要参考．

AIM To study the changes of serum gastrin, glucagon and somatostatin in patients with upper gastrointestinal haemorrhage and their clinical significance. METHODS Serum gastrin (Gas), glucagon (Glu) and somatostatin (SS) were determined by using radioimmunoassay in 88 patients with gastrointestinal hemorrhage, 15 peptic ulcer without bleeding, 13 non ulcer without bleeding, and 30 healthy subjects.
