摘要
目的考核中国护士工作压力源量表的信度和效度。方法抽取昆明市某综合医院的护士476名,采用中国护士工作压力源量表及工作疲溃感量表(Maslach Burnout Inventory,MBI)中的情感疲倦问卷进行调查。随机抽取50名在2周后进行重测,计算该量表的重测信度;用因子分析(Factor Analysis)、Cronbach’s α系数、Pearson相关系数r、独立样本t检验,考察量表的信度与效度。结果因子分析结果显示,管理及人际关系方面、护理专业及工作方面、时间分配及工作量问题方面的各条目因素负荷与原量表结构基本一致;而工作环境及仪器设备方面、病人护理方面的条目的因素负荷则与原量表结构的差异较大。结论中国护士工作压力源量表除结构效度需要做进一步的修订外,信度及效度较好,能够较真实而稳定地反映出与护理职业关系密切的工作压力源。
Objective To study reliability and volidity of the Chinese Nursing Stressor Scale (CNSS). Methods The 476 nurses in a hospital in Kunming were investigated by CNSS and Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI). 50 nurses were sampled rondomly to be retested after 2 weeks. The reliability and validity were examined. Results There were 5 dimensions consisting of 35 items in the CNSS. The factor analysis confirmed the construct validity for CNSS. Conclusions The validity and the reliability of CNSS are acceptable and it can be used to assess the job stressors of Chinese nurses.
