成人哮喘病人疾病知识和健康行为的相关性研究

Study of the relationship between disease knowledge and health behavior in adult asthma patients

目的了解成人哮喘病人的疾病知识和健康行为，探讨二者之间的相关性。方法选择在我院门诊就诊的96名哮喘病人，采用哮喘知识问卷测量疾病知识，采用健康行为量表测量健康行为。应用SPSS10．0处理所有数据资料，并应用Pearson相关分析疾病知识与健康行为的相关性。结果本组疾病知识、健康行为自评得分分别为（19．21±2．45）分和（125．13±23．96）分，分别居于中等水平；疾病知识与健康行为总分呈中度正相关（r=0．403，P〈0．001），6个维度中有5个与疾病知识呈正相关（尸〈0．01或P〈0．001）。结论在设计和实施护理干预措施时，应重视增加哮喘预防、控制和管理方面的知识，提高病人的压力调节、人际关系、躯体活动和心理健康的知识水平，从而改善病人的健康行为，提高生活质量。

Objective To explore the relationship between disease knowledge and health behavior of adult patients with asthma. Methods Ninety-six adult outpatients with asthma were investigated with questionnaires.The relationship between their disease knowledge and health behavior was analyzed. Results The mean score of disease knowledge and health behavior were respectively 19.21±2.45 and 125.13±93.96.Both of them were medium level. It showed that the total score of disease knowledge was positive Correlated with health behavior （r=0.403, P〈0.001 ）. Five dimensions of health behavior were correlated with disease knowledge. Conclusions More attention should be paid to enhancing the patients＇ knowledge about stress adjustment,interpersonal relations, physical exercise and psychological health to improve their health behavior and promote their quality of life.
