摘要
从20世纪80年代中后期开始,德意志银行致力于创建一个欧洲范围内的全能银行以及一个全球化的投资银行。除了内部有机增长外,德意志银行的成功转型与迅速成长的关键在于其一系列成功的并购活动。德意志银行的并购活动实施需要通过其内部严格的评审,一方面要确保符合集团战略目标,考虑与其他业务的协同效应,同时也要评估对财务的影响。绩效评估结果显示,德意志银行的并购活动是成功的,值得国内银行参考借鉴。
Deutsche Bank sought to be a universal bank in Europe and a leading global investment bank since the mid-1980s. Except the inner organic growth, a series of successful M&A are the key factors to DB's successful transformation and quick growth. M&A should be censored strictly by some committee in DB, to check if the program is consistent with the group's strategic aims, to consider the synergy with other businesses, and also to evaluate the effect on finance at the same time. The result of performance evaluation shows that the M& A of DB are profitable, and it can be used for reference for banks in China.
