摘要
研究了微波脱蜡工艺过程以及可能影响微波脱蜡效果的几个因素,包括面层粉液比、背层数量、模壳放置的位置、微波功率的大小等。试验结果证明了微波脱蜡工艺的可行性,并证实了影响微波脱蜡效果的主要因素是背层数量、模壳设计及蜡料的成分。
In this paper, the process and the influencing factors of microwave dewaxing were studied, including powder to liquid ratio of slurry, quantity of back-up coatings, power of microwave, etc. The study indicated that the most important impacts were quantity of back-up coatings of moulds, desiqns of wax pattern the composition of the wax.
