摘要
阐述了阻碍男性进入护理领域的原因,从培养护生的职业兴趣、职业能力等方面综述了男护生素质教育的内容,要求护理教育者树立素质教育思想,把对护生职业素质的培养引向深入。
It expatiated the causes of hindering male to enter to nursing field, It summarized the content of diathesis education for male nursing students from aspects of culturing occupational interest and occupation ability of nursing students. This article put forward that nursing educators should create diathesis education thinking for male nursing students and deepen the cultivating of occupation diathesis for them.
