摘要
加强图书馆行业自律,是完善图书馆自我管理的重要途径,亦是促使图书馆事业健康发展必不可少的因素之一。本文论述了加强图书馆行业自律的现实意义,从办馆理念、管理行为、服务行为、文献信息资源建设和馆员形象方面阐述了图书馆行业自律的主要内容及基本途径。
Strengthen the library profession self-discipline is an important path to perfect library management by one＇ s own, also is one of essential factors to ensure the library working develop well. This paper discusses the realistic meaning to strengthen the library professionself-discipline, from the library principle, the management behavior, service behavior, information resources construction and staff＇ s images to elaborate the main contents and the basic way of library profession self-discipline.
