摘要
本文从确保用户"满意度"的角度出发,探讨图书馆对数字参考咨询技术质量、知识库的质量、数字参考咨询员的质量等进行有效的控制,排除消极因素,从而提高数字参考咨询服务的质量。
Based on the angle of ensuring users' satisfaction, this paper expounds libraries how to improve the quality of digital reference service by effectively controlling technical quality of digital reference, quality of knowledgehouse, quality of digital reference librarians, meanwhile, eliminating negative factors.
