摘要
本文分析了电子文献传递过程中涉及的知识产权问题,列举现阶段相关的知识产权保护方面的国际国内法规,并作了相应的阐释,给出了建设性的风险规避措施。
This paper analyzed the intellectual property rights problems during me electron aocument transferring process, listed pertinent international and homeland laws and regulations related to protection of the intellectual property rights at the present stage, corresponding expounding for these laws and regulations have been given, then brought out constructive evading measures for these risks.
