多元耐药基因(MDRI)在急性白血病细胞中表达的意义 被引量:1

摘要 观察多元耐药MDR1基因在急性白血病细胞中的表达及其意义。方法取15例急性白血病(AML12例,ALL3例)患者的骨髓细胞通过RTPCR等法,检测MDR1,分析其表达情况以及与临床治疗效果。结果9/15例(AML8例,ALL1例)的MDR1表达阳性(阳性率60%)。其中6/9例经化疗不缓解。1/9例部分缓解,2/9例完全缓解,在MDR1表达阴性者中,5/6例完全缓解,1/6例不缓解。结论急性白血病患者的MDR1基因表达和化疗的效果有密切联系。 Objective: The expression of multi drug resistant MDR1 gene in acute leukemia cells and its relation with chemotherapeutic effect was analyzed Methods:Bone marrow cells of 15 cases of acute leukemia (AML 12 cases,ALL 3 cases)were treated with methods of RT PCR etc for analyzing the expression of MDR1 gene. Results: Positive expression of MDR1 was shown in 9/15 cases (AML 8,ALL 1;positive rate of 60%).Among them,6/9 cases were NR after chemotherapy,1/9 case was PR,and 2/9 were CR. In case of negative MDR1 expression,5/6 cases were CR and 1/6 case was NR Conclusions:MDR1 gene expression in acute leukemia patients has a good correlation with the response to chemotherapy
