多元耐药基因(MDRI)在急性白血病细胞中表达的意义

EXPRESSION OF MDR1 GENE IN ACUTE LEUKEMIA

观察多元耐药ＭＤＲ１基因在急性白血病细胞中的表达及其意义。方法取１５例急性白血病（ＡＭＬ１２例，ＡＬＬ３例）患者的骨髓细胞通过ＲＴＰＣＲ等法，检测ＭＤＲ１，分析其表达情况以及与临床治疗效果。结果９／１５例（ＡＭＬ８例，ＡＬＬ１例）的ＭＤＲ１表达阳性（阳性率６０％）。其中６／９例经化疗不缓解。１／９例部分缓解，２／９例完全缓解，在ＭＤＲ１表达阴性者中，５／６例完全缓解，１／６例不缓解。结论急性白血病患者的ＭＤＲ１基因表达和化疗的效果有密切联系。

Objective: The expression of multi drug resistant MDR1 gene in acute leukemia cells and its relation with chemotherapeutic effect was analyzed Methods:Bone marrow cells of 15 cases of acute leukemia (AML 12 cases,ALL 3 cases)were treated with methods of RT PCR etc for analyzing the expression of MDR1 gene. Results: Positive expression of MDR1 was shown in 9/15 cases (AML 8,ALL 1;positive rate of 60%).Among them,6/9 cases were NR after chemotherapy,1/9 case was PR,and 2/9 were CR. In case of negative MDR1 expression,5/6 cases were CR and 1/6 case was NR Conclusions:MDR1 gene expression in acute leukemia patients has a good correlation with the response to chemotherapy
