摘要
在神府煤粉中加入少量线型酚醛树脂在行星球磨上进行混合球磨,利用球磨过程中的力化学作用对煤粉进行表面改性,用傅立叶变换红外光谱、热重分析仪和激光粒度分布仪等对改性后煤粉进行了论证。热重分析表明改性煤粉的热稳定性提高;红外分析和粒度分析的结果变化不大。测定改性煤粉PF的最大接枝率和转化率分别为4.03%和80.60%。改性神府煤粉50%替代碳黑填充丁腈橡胶的性能较好。
Grinding the coal powder mixed with a few linetype Phenol-formaldehyde resin, the surface of the coal powder was modified by the mechano-chemistry effect during ball milling. The properties of modified coal powder were studied by FT-IR, TGA, laser sedimentograph, etc. The TG data indicated that the thermal stability was improved; and the analysis of FT-IR and particle size presented little change. The maximum ratio of grafting PF on coal powder and conversion was 4. 03% and 80. 60% separately. When fifty percent of the carbon black was substituted by modified coal powder, the filled NBR can demonstrate good performance.
