紫花苜蓿再生特性及再生性状相关性研究 被引量:12

摘要 通过一年刈割4茬,对中苜2号紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.cv.Zhongmu No.2)单株的再生特性及再生性状相关性进行研究,以期为苜蓿育种?栽培利用提供依据。结果表明:单株之间再生性状存在较大变异,再生总重(39.23%)>再生分枝数(31.64%)≥再生强度(30.94%)>再生单茎重(26.08%)>再生速度(13.15%)>再生株高(10.20%);茬次间除再生强度外其余再生性状变异系数均表现为第4茬>第2茬>第3茬;各个再生性状均在第2、3茬间为极显著正相关,以再生速度(R2=0.8139)和再生分枝数(R2=0.8578)相关系数较大;各个再生性状与再生株重在第2、4茬和第3茬分别呈极显著正相关显著或极显著正相关。 In order to provide the basis for alfalfa breeding and planting, the regrowth characteristics and the correlative relationship between the regrowth dry weight and cutting sequences of Medicago sativa L. cv. Zhongmu No. 2 individual plant were studied through application of four defoliations in one year. The results show that great variance coefficient of regrowth characteristics occurred in individual plants and from highest to lowest the variance coefficient were: total regrowth dry weight per plant (39.23%)〉regrowth shoot numbers (31.64%)≥regrowth intensity (30. 94%)〉regrowth shoot weight (26.08)〉regrowth rate (13.15 %) 〉regrowth height (10.20 %) and variance coefficient of those regrowth characteristics showed increasing trend with defoliation sequences except the regrowth intensity. According to the correlation analysis results, significant positive correlations among all the regrowth characteristics were detected in 2nd and 3rd cuttings and regowth rate and regrowth shoot numbers had high correlation coefficient with R^2= 0. 8139, 0. 8578, respectively. Each regrowth characteristic was very significantly in the 2nd and 4th cutting and significantly or very significantly in 3rd cutting positively correlated to the regrowth dry weight, respectively.
