摘要
对926名大学生用情绪管理量表和SCL-90症状自评量表进行测试,结果表明:大学生情绪管理的五个维度与心理健康的9个因子之间有显著的相关。多元回归分析后发现:情绪管理能力与心理健康关系密切且呈较强的相关,理智调控情绪能力、控制消极发泄能力、控制消极暗示能力与心理健康的回归效应尤为明显。
In this study, 926 college students are investigated with SCL-90 and the Emotion Management Questionnaire for college students (EMQ). The results show that there is significant correlation between five scales of college students' emotion management ability and 9 factors of mental health. Multiple regression analysis also reveals that there is significant correlation between college students' emotion management ability and their mental health, and the ability of reasonable adjustment,the ability of controlling negative release and the ability of reducing passive hint can predict mental health very well.
