对国内顺丁橡胶生产中挂胶严重的问题进行了分析,并提出了减轻聚合挂胶的对策,在原材料质量合格并控制合适聚合加水量的基础上,不断完善活性种制备技术,进一步降低催化剂用量和降低Al、B碰撞概率,就能减少凝胶生成量,减轻系统的挂胶,提高产品质量。

Analysis is made on the serious rubber sticking problem in cis-1,4- polybutadiene rubber in China, and the countermeasure for reducing rubber sticking in polymerization is raised: under the premise of on-spec feedstock and proper polymerization water addition, continually improving the preparation technology of active species and further reducing catalyst dosage and/or reducing Al, B, collision probability, the gel formation can be reduced, rubber sticking in the system is reduced and the product quality is improved.
