摘要
锅炉原煤斗内的原煤粒度较细,当煤中含水量增加时,煤颗粒之间、煤与煤斗壁之间摩擦力增大,由于上部煤的重量形成压力,使含水分较多的煤挤压成团产生蓬煤。蓬煤影响磨煤机的出力和机组的安全稳定运行。目前有几种处理蓬煤的方法,但效果均不理想。采用内部疏松装置,通过内部扰动使煤松动,可有效解决蓬煤问题,并且对原煤斗改动量少,能自动工作,适合火电厂原煤斗的技术改造。
The particle size of the raw coal in boiler's raw coal bunker is small. When the water content in the coal increases, the friction between the coal particles and between the coal and its bunker walls will increase. Due to the pressure caused by the weight of the upper coal, the coal of high water content will be extruded to form agglomerate which will produce dishevelled coal. The disheveled coal affects the maximum capacity and stabile operation of the coal pulverizer. There are several treatment methods for disheveled coal, but no one is ideal. Using internal loosening device and loosening the coal by internal disturbing, the disheveled coal problem can be solved effectively. The modification to the raw coal bunker is small, can be done automatically, and is suitable to the technical retrofit of raw coal bunker of thermal power plant.
