摘要
对河南省方城县裕丹参5个变异类型的植株特征、生物学性状、营养器官组织结构进行了分析,并对丹参5个变异类型根中有效成分含量进行了测定.结果表明,裕丹参各类型间性状差异明显,各类型根中丹参酮ⅡΑ和丹酚酸Β含量均高于药典标准.
The plant morphological characteristics, biological characters, vegetative organ structure and the content of active components in the root of five variance types of Salvia miltiorrhiza were studied. The results showed that a striking dissimilarity between character in five selective variance types of Salvia railtiorrhiza. The effective ingredients in the root of tanshinon Ⅱ A and salvianolic acid B of Salvia miltiorrhiza were both more than those contained criterion of codex.
