银质针热灸疗法治疗梨状肌综合征72例观察

Observation on Pyriformis Syndrome(72 cases) Treated by Acupuncture with Silver Needle Combined with Pyretic Moxibustion Therapy

目的:观察银质针热灸疗法治疗梨状肌综合征的临床疗效。方法:治疗组72例用银质针疗法加艾灸治疗,对照组64例用局部封闭治疗。结果:治疗组治愈率80.6%,总有效率100%;对照组分别为40.6%和90.6%。两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:银质针热灸疗法治疗梨状肌综合征疗效较好。

Purpose To observe clinical therapeutic effect of silver needle therapy plus moxibustion on piriformis injury syndrome. Methods 72 cases of piriformis injury syndrome were treated by silver needle therapy plus moxibustion and 64 cases by local blocking, and their therapeutic effects were compared. Results The cured rate and the total effective rate were 80.6% and 100% in the former, and 40.6% and 90.6% in the latter. , respectively with a significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The silver needle therapy plus moxibustion has a better therapeutic effect.
