清开灵注射液治疗急性中风的临床对照观察——附503例病例报告

Clinical Contrast observation on Qingkailing Injection in Treating Acute Apoplexy-Report of 503 Cases

本文收集了以清开灵为主、中西医结合治疗中风336例,同期使用西药治疗中风167例作临床对照观察。治疗结果,经过统计学处理 P<0.01,差异非常显著。发现清开灵对患者意识障碍、语言障碍和运动功能障碍的改善均有较好的疗效,并能减少合并症,对提高患者生存率和生存质量有重要意义。

336 Cases of apoplexy were treated with combination of TCM and Wm,mainly using with Qingkailing Injection,and 167 cases were treated wixh WM as clinical contral group in the same time.The result showed that the difference was remarkable by statistics(P <0.01).Good effects were found on improvement of disturbance of consciousness,aphasis and dyskinesia.It could cut down the complications and had importment significence in im- proving the living rate and quality.
