2007年6月1日开始生效的欧盟关于全面限制化学物质的法规REACH从注册、评估、许可与限制的角度,对各类化学品进行分类管制,形成一套更为统一的限制体系。与之管制方式类似的美国加州65号提案,则是从饮用水安全的角度提出要求,二者在范围、要求、条件等方面均有不同。
The new European law on chemicals, REACH（Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals）, entered into force on 1 June 2007. The REACH Regulation gives greater uniform management system to risks from chemicals which have been classified. As the analogy management, California Bill 65 has the requirement on safety of the drinking water. They have deference in scope, demand and conditions.
