微波消解石墨炉原子吸收法测定烟草中的铅含量 被引量:10

摘要 采用硝酸-过氧化氢体系微波消解,而后以磷酸二氢铵作化学改进剂,利用塞曼自动扣除背景,采用石墨炉原子吸收法测定了部分烟草样品的铅含量。结果表明,铅的检出限为0.28μg/L,回收率在92.0%~102.0%之间,RSD<3.0%。该法简便快速,适用于批量烟草样品中铅的测定。 Tobacco powder was digested in HNO3-H2O2 under microwave radiation, and then determined by GF-AAS with deducted background automatically Zeeman and took NH4H2PO4 as an improver. The limit of detection for Pb was 0.28 μg/L, and its recovery, was from 92, 0% to 102.0% with RSD of less than 3.0%, The method is convenient and rapid and suitable for the analysis of Pb in batches of tobacco samples.
