摘要
采用硝酸-过氧化氢常压加热消解或微波消解和氢化物-原子荧光光谱法测定了接装纸、成型纸、醋纤丝束、聚丙烯丝束、三醋酸甘油酯、聚丙烯丝束胶粘剂、白乳胶、热熔胶等8种卷烟滤嘴材料195个样品中的汞、砷。结果显示:①汞、砷的检出限、RSD和平均回收率分别为0.1和1ng/mL、1.14%~5.31%和2.83%~6.37%、93.58%~101.5%和95.58%~102.3%;②这些卷烟滤嘴材料中的汞、砷含量范围分别为0.002~0.051mg/kg和0.025~0.651mg/kg。该方法适用于卷烟滤嘴材料中汞、砷的测定。
195 fiher component samples, including tipping paper, plug wrap paper, diacetate cellulose tow, polypropylene tow, triacetin, adhesive for polypropylene fiber, polyvinyl acetate emulsion and hot melt adhesive, were determined with HG-AFS after digested with HNO3 and H2O2 by heating in water bath or in a microwave oven. The results indicated that: 1 ) the limits of detection for Hg and As were 0.1 and 1 ng/mL, respectively; their average recoveries were 93.58%-101.5% and 95.58%-102.3% , and RSDs were in the range of 1.14%-5.31% and 2.83%-6.37% , respectively; 2) the contents of Hg and As in the samples were in the range of 0. 002-0.051 and 0. 025-0. 651 mg/kg, respectively. The method is suitable for the determination of Hg and As in cigarette filter components.
