蝇蛆低聚几丁糖诱导烟株抗黑胫病研究 被引量:3

摘要 对蝇蛆低聚几丁糖防治烟草黑胫病的作用机制进行了初步研究。烟苗经过蝇蛆低聚几丁糖处理后,再接种烟草黑胫病菌,测试结果表明,处理烟草植株对黑胫病产生抗性。在0.1~1.5mg/mL浓度范围内,随着浓度增高诱导抗性效果增强,当浓度达1.0mg/mL时,诱导抗性相对防效为92.21%,与浓度1.5mg/mL的处理间差异不显著。同时可导致烟草叶片苯丙氨酸解氨酶、过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶活性不同程度地升高,分别在第8天、第5天和第3天达到高峰,比对照分别提高了94.62%、160.44%和89.76%。 The mechanism of chitooligosaccharides from housefly larvae against tobacco black shank were studied preliminarily. The results showed that chitooligosaccharide-treated tobacco seedlings obtained induced resistance against tobacco black shank, after inoculating Phytophthora parasitica var. nicotiana. The induced resistance improved with the increase of chitooligosaccharides concentration within the range of 0.1-1.5 mg/mL, its relative control effect was 92.21% at the concentration of 1.0 mg/mL, which was not significantly different from that of 1.5 mg/mL. At the same time, the activities of phenylalanine ammonialyase, peroxidase and polyphenoloxidase in tobacco leaves increased in different degrees and peaked on the 8th day, 5th day and 3rd day after treating, which were 94.62% , 160.44% and 89.76% higher than those in control leaves, respectively.
