microRNA微阵列研究中的核酸标记技术

Technology of Nucleic Acid Labeling in MicroRNA Microarray

摘要 寡核苷酸微阵列技术是检测细胞或组织中miRNA表达谱的有效方法。目前应用于微阵列分析的miRNA标记技术主要有直接标记法、加尾标记法、基于逆转录反应的标记方法和基于miRNA克隆扩增的标记方法。在实际应用中应根据各个方法的优缺点来选择最符合实验要求的标记方案。 Oligonucleotide microarray is an effective technology of profiling miRNA experession in cells or tissues. Currently, the technology of miRNA labeling used in microarray analysis includes direct labeling, tailing labeling, labeling based on reverse transcription and on miRNA clonal expan- sion. In practice, the labeling strategy should be chosen by taking the advantages and disadvantages of each labeling technique into consideration to meet the experimental requirements.
