当前开发世界遗产已经成为各国争相发展的一个重要战略,这个构思原本并无重大的问题,但经过多年的发展后,发现开发世界遗产的宗旨,被曲解成旅游产业发展的重要战略手段时,人们不禁对其构思产生质疑,主要原因在于战略的动机,是基于保护得来不易的遗产,还是迎合旅游发展之需,再则,遗产保护与旅游发展之间,是否完全没有互补的空间等,是本文想探索的问题。

It has already became one of the important development strategies for various countries to explore the world inheritance.As has ever aimed to protect the world heritage by UNESCO,now it is misinterpreted as the important strategic method to improve traveling industry with the years passing away.And more, the fact that more damages has being caused can＇t help leading us to cast some doubts on its motivation,whether to protect the world heritage or to meet the needs of tourism industry development.Whether there are some supplementary relationship between protecting world inheritance and development tourism industry or not is what this article wanted to discuss.
