摘要
目的:研究新疆地区部分人群SEN病毒(SENV)感染状况。方法:以SENV读码框架1区(ORF1)核苷酸序列设计引物建立巢式聚合酶链反应(nPCR)方法,采用多重nPCR对295份来自4种不同人群血标本进行SENV-DNA(D和H亚型)分析。结果:SENV的感染率为40%,4种人群中SENV感染率的高低依次为乙肝表面抗原阳性者(51.3%)、HCV阳性者(36.8%)、健康献血人群(35.7%)、单纯ALT升高者(14.8%)。结论:新疆地区不同人群中存在较高的SENV感染率。
Objective: To investigate the prevalence of SENV in Xinjiang area, Methods: Nested polymerase chain reaction (nPCR) was established using primers from ORFI region of SENV genome. Two hundred and ninety five sera samples from four different populations were detected for SENV DNA (D and H subtype) by nPCR, Results:SENV- DNA positive Rate was 40% (118/295) totally, from which 51.3% in hepatitis B virus surface agent positive, 36.8% in the hepatitis C virus positive, 35. 7% in the healthy blood donor, 14, 8% in alanine aminotransferase level higher than 30 IU/L respectively. Conclusion: The SENV infection rate was high in different populations in Xinjiang area.
